Waiting on Wednesday (5/18)

Hi!:)

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted by Jill @ Breaking the Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.
*Thanks Bewitched Bookworms for the lovely button!;)
So here's what I'm waiting on this week:

October 4th 2011 by HarperTeen

A move to Ireland is about to introduce Megan to her destiny, her real destiny, can she embrace it and will she survive it?

A tragedy in Megan’s past set her on a predetermined course. A chain of events has been set in motion that brings Megan to Kinsale, a small town in the south of Ireland where her destiny awaits her. Her life starts to fall into place as she makes new friends and settles into her new school. However, the reclusive and distant Adam DeRĂs calls to her body and soul.

She finds herself increasingly drawn to Adam and his strange family. Adam knows a secret from her past and he and his family hold the key to her future. A future that binds her to Adam and his world, a world of power, mystery and ancient orders. A world that unbeknownst to her, she very much belongs in.

Yup, I'm already looking forward to fall releases - the books I  have in my TBR pile now (including the eBooks, eARCs and pre-ordered books) should be enough for this summer!*scoffs* But of course I wouldn't mind an ARC of Carrier of the Mark!:D

BTW, Leigh posted an excerpt here if you'd like to check it out. :)

Anyway, this books sounds pretty interesting. Ireland, power, mystery, ancient orders? Bring it on! And I LOVE the cover! So gorgeous! (Yet another one that matches my blog... Anyone noticed my obsession over darkish/blueish/grayish looking things?:)) Ha! You should see my room!)

So that's the book I'm eagerly anticipating this week. How about you?:)

Happy reading! I'm back to studying now...*sigh*

  2. Ooh seen this one around! I like the cover yet I'm not too crazy about how the words are effected by the girl, makes it harder to read the full title. But still like the girl there and the blue at the bottom!

  3. Yay! More WOW love, and yes my cover goes gorgeous with your blog. Don't you know we authors get the design team to check out all the cool blogs before designing our covers? We need to make sure our books look good on them *wink*

Thanks for featuring The Carrier of the Mark.
